Membership in the Global Shea Alliance is subject to verification by the GSA Secretariat and adherence to our organizational bylaws across our 36 member countries. By registering for membership or utilizing paid membership tiers, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate and contact details.
- Pay applicable annual membership dues and fees in accordance with the established fee schedule.
- Maintain professional standards when interacting within the Member Directory, B2B platforms, and working committees.
3. Limitation of Liability
The Global Shea Alliance provides website content, market intelligence, and procurement notices on an "as is" and "as available" basis. GSA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party submissions, market forecasts, or tender listings. GSA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our platform or participation in trade transactions.
