General Assembly
Comprising all alliance members, the General Assembly convenes annually to vote on core policies, ratify strategic directions, and elect leadership.
Advisory Committee
Provides institutional guidance, high-level donor insights, and strategic counseling to support long-term alliance objectives.
Executive Committee
Elected representatives responsible for overseeing alliance operations, executive decisions, and fiduciary compliance.
Secretariat Hubs
Manages day-to-day execution, donor programs, member services, and regional field operations across member countries.
